FRESHWATER FISH

Pets West has the largest selection of freshwater fish in the entire county! Our state of the art central filtration system is one of the best in the entire state of Arizona with ultraviolet sterilization, pH control and high oxygenation and filtration rates. What this means to our customers is a greater selection of top quality, super-healthy fish at great prices. And in addition to great prices, we run weekly specials on our fish.

Every week new shipments arrive from Florida, L.A. or Phoenix. Often we are able to special order fish for you which we don't normally stock. Be sure to ask, if you can't find what you want.

Aquatic Plants

We carry one of the largest selections of live freshwater plants in a two state area. Our beautiful, cascading plant system is pH controlled and CO2 injected to ensure that we have the best looking and healthiest plants for our customers.

We also carry a full line of aquarium supplies for plants, including SERA BRAND aquatic products. We feel that the plant food FLORENA from SERA with iron supplementation is the best plant food available.

We are constantly receiving shipments and transshipments of plants from all over the world. Usually, given some time and allowing for seasonal availability, we can get most any species of aquatic plant. Be sure to ask!

Goldfish

At Pets West we have a special section for these special fish. Six large tanks on their own central system with additional filtration provided by a fluidized filter provide our goldfish with the best environment possible.

In addition, every gallon of water is passed through a powerful ultraviolet sterilizing unit 5 times an hour to ensure unwanted parasites and bacteria are eradicated!

From Celestials to Moors, from Redcaps to Shubunkins and from Calicos to Orandas, we can offer you the best and the healthiest goldfish anywhere in these parts!
